Z profile steel advantages:

●Hot dipped galvanized Z Profiles are widely used in the structures part of the solar park.

 

●We can do average 70μm~120μm (standard EN1461) for hot dipped galvanizing. The higher zinc layer can make sure the steel products has strong anti-rust ability. It can be used for 30~ 50 years.

 

●The raw materials use POSMAC, Nippon Steel, domestic materials normally use Rizhao Steel, HBIS, JISCO Steel and SHOUGANG Group, the original material brands are selected according to the requirements of different countries and customers. Common material selection standard is SS355JR.

Packing methods:

-  Certain quantity of steel z purlin to each bundle as per customer’s request.

-  Each package is fastened with straps.  The strips are strong enough to guarantee that the package of z profile is fixed.

-  Wooden blocks: all solid wood used for packaging (including wooden pallets) of z profiles and /or stowage is treated (heat treatment or fumigation) in accordance with international standard NIMF15 IPPC).
