Single girder overhead crane is mainly used in lifting molten metal and foundries. The lifting hoist is YH metallurgy wire-rope electric hoist with lifting capacity reaching 10t.

The single girder overhead crane for metallurgy is composed of main beam, end carriage, electric hoist(or you can choose chain block),electric power transmission device and operation room(as your demand).

The bottom of main girder adopts special heat-insulation treatment with working environment temperature- 10℃~60℃, and relative humidity ≤ 50%( 40℃). Design and manufacture meet the requirements of AQSIQ Doc #(2007)375.

The single girder overhead crane for metallurgy can be also employed to lift non-molten metal and high temperature solid metal. 

RE the control,There are three control method,Pendent line(included); Wireless remote control,Operation room.
And the operational room which has open model and closed model and can be installed on left or right side according to the practical situation. And the direction of entering has two ways, sideway enterance and end surface enterance, in order to satisfy the users' choice in different conditions.
