Packaging & Shipping

 

1,A:Paper package is normal paper package+EPE foam+carton angle.
protection,used for cabinet,wood coffee table,wood dinning table,bed and other wood furniture.
   B:Transparent plastic bag+EPE foam+carton angle protection+woven bag is used for sofa
2,Wooden package is used for marble and glass furniture.
3,Wooden woven bag package is used for some special sofa.
4,The standard package includes 3 layers which ensure the packing strong enough for the shipment for overseas.
Inner layer will use thick PE foam to protect corner and use cardboard to protect chairs legs.
Middle layer will use polyester bubble bags or non-woven bag.
Outer layer will use K&K carton box.
Extra package like plywood pallet/crate is optional once you demand.

Q1: Which material do you use?
A. The sofas and beds, we use the good quality fabric, cow leather and PU, inside is high density sponge, with polished wooden frame, solid wood leg or steel leg.
B. Dining set, TV cabinet, sideboard, coffee table: solid wood, marble, MDF, stainless steel.
It is according to different items, you could ask our sales for details.

Yes, we accept OEM according to customer?s requirement and we specialize in customized furniture.Most of our furniture is Friendly MOQ.

 

Q4: When the goods can be delivered after the order is placed?
A, Normally, goods will be delivered ASAP if we have stock. Otherwise, the lead time is 10-30 days according to your quantity.
B. Customized goods need 30-45 days to finish. 
According to the quantity, the exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
